This Privacy Policy explains how HorizonGames ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Mini Farm (the "Game") on Android and iOS.

By playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Game, save your progress, enable social features, show ads, and process purchases.

Account & identifier data

• An anonymous account identifier is created automatically so we can save your game to the cloud. If you choose to register or sign in, we associate your progress with that account.

Gameplay & save data

• Your farm progress (level, coins, premium currency, buildings, items, settings). This is stored in the cloud so it isn't lost between devices or reinstalls.

Social data (only if you use social features)

• A display name you choose ("farmer name"), and friend connections you make in-game, so friends can visit your farm.

Purchase data

• When you buy in-app items, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We receive confirmation of the purchase to grant your items. We never receive or store your credit/debit card or full payment details — those are handled entirely by Google or Apple.

Advertising data

• The Game shows ads via Google AdMob and mediation partners. These services may use a device advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads (personalized or non-personalized, depending on your consent).

Automatically collected data

• Basic device and usage information (device model, operating system, language, app version), and crash/diagnostic data, used to keep the Game working and improve it.

How We Use Information

• To provide and save your game progress across sessions and devices.
• To enable social features (visiting friends' farms).
• To process and deliver in-app purchases.
• To display and measure advertising.
• To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the Game.

Children's Privacy

Mini Farm is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep your game data for as long as you play the Game or until you request its deletion. Advertising and diagnostic data are retained by the relevant third parties per their own policies.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your game data at any time by emailing us at the address below. Please include enough information (such as your in-game farmer name) for us to identify your data. We will delete it within a reasonable period.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the Game, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
