To help us help you quickly, please include:

which game it’s about;
your device and its Android or iOS version;
what happened, and what you expected to happen;
for Mini Farm, your farmer name; for purchases, the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.

For Little Explorers, please don’t send your child’s name or photos — we never need them.
