Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HorizonGames — a trading name of Ankit Jain (sole proprietor), New Delhi, India ("we", "us", "our") — governing your use of Mini Farm (the "Game") on Android and iOS.

By downloading, accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to play. If you are a minor, you may only play with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You can play as a guest, or create a HorizonGames account using passwordless email sign-in. Your account may be shared across HorizonGames games.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us at support@horizongames.live if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account, or use another player's account.
• Choose a farmer name that is not offensive, misleading, impersonating, or infringing. We may reclaim, change, or remove names that break these Terms.

3. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game — including its code, art, characters, and trademarks. This is a licence, not a sale.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

• The Game includes virtual currencies (such as gold and diamonds/gems) and virtual items (crops, cards, decorations, boosters, and similar), which are licensed to you for use within the Game only.
• Virtual items and currency have no monetary value, are not real money, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for anything of real-world value. You do not own them.
• They are non-transferable and cannot be traded, sold, or gifted between players except through features we expressly provide in the Game.
• We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items and currency, and adjust prices and game balance, at any time.
• Your licence to virtual items ends when your account is deleted or the Game is discontinued. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items or currency.

5. Purchases & Refunds

• In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), and are also subject to their terms. We never receive your full payment-card details.
• Consumable items (such as diamond packs) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or by the store's policies.
• Refund requests are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. All purchases are validated on our servers before items are granted.
• Prices and available items may change, and promotional offers may be limited or withdrawn.

6. Advertising

The Game shows optional rewarded video ads (via Google AdMob and its partners) that you can watch to earn in-game rewards. Ads are served subject to your consent choices — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Social & Competitive Play; Your Conduct

• The Game includes optional social and competitive features — friend visits, restock gifts, a global leaderboard, and raids in which you and other players visit each other's farms. Raids are copy-only: nothing is ever removed from a raided farm.
• By playing with an account, you understand that your farmer name, level, avatar, achievements, and a snapshot of your farm are visible to other players and may be visited or raided.
• You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, tamper with saves or currency, manipulate leaderboards, create fake or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, harass other players, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
• There is no open chat in the Game; the only content you author that others see is your farmer name, which must comply with Section 2.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Game or your account — and remove virtual items or currency obtained through fraud, cheating, or abuse — if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Game or other players. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) continue to apply.

9. Updates & Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free. Your progress is stored as described in the Privacy Policy, but we do not guarantee it against loss.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that virtual items will always be available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HorizonGames (Ankit Jain) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, currency, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HorizonGames (Ankit Jain) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.

13. Apple App Store (iOS)

If you download the Game from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and HorizonGames only — not Apple — and Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and you agree to comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
